Scope of Work:
Supply and installation of high-quality office flooring materials designed for durability, comfort, and professional aesthetic appeal. All flooring works shall be completed in accordance with approved samples, site conditions, and client specifications.

Works Include:

  • Carpet Roll Installation:
    Supply and installation of broadloom carpet rolls suitable for office and commercial use. Includes floor preparation, adhesive application, and trimming for a seamless finish. Available in various patterns and colors for a professional appearance and improved acoustics.

  • Carpet Tile Installation:
    Supply and installation of modular carpet tiles (typically 50cm x 50cm) with high-density backing for stability and longevity. Allows easy replacement and flexible design options with minimal wastage.

  • 3mm Vinyl Flooring:
    Supply and installation of commercial-grade 3mm vinyl sheet flooring, offering a smooth, durable, and easy-to-maintain surface. Ideal for high-traffic areas such as corridors and pantry spaces. Includes subfloor preparation and adhesive works.

  • 4mm SPC Flooring (Stone Plastic Composite):
    Supply and installation of click-lock SPC planks with underlayment for sound reduction. Waterproof and scratch-resistant, suitable for offices and commercial areas requiring a modern wood-look finish.
