Scope of Work:

Supply and installation of custom-built office partitions designed to provide functional space division, sound insulation, and aesthetic appeal. All materials and workmanship shall conform to industry standards, ensuring durability and a high-quality finish suited for office and commercial environments.

Works Include:

Gypsum Board Partition:
Supply and installation of single or double-layer gypsum board partitions on galvanized steel framing. Includes joint treatment, finishing, and surface preparation for paint or other specified finishes. Provides excellent acoustic performance and a clean, professional appearance.
12MM Tempered Glass Partition:
Supply and installation of frameless or framed tempered glass partitions (12mm thick) with polished edges and fittings. Includes door installation (swing or sliding) using stainless steel patch fittings, hinges, and handles. Offers a modern, open-space feel while maintaining transparency and light flow.
Aluminium Shopfront Partition:
Fabrication and installation of aluminium-framed glass partitions suitable for offices, shops, and commercial spaces. Frames are made from powder-coated aluminium sections with clear or frosted glass infill. Includes necessary doors, locks, and accessories to complete the system.
